Throughout his career of more than six decades, Maestro Mueller accumulated an extraordinary collection of music that offers a comprehensive view and reflection of late 20th century interpretation and important musicological and historic editing for a large variety of repertoire. Most of the scores and parts contain Maestro Mueller’s markings, which have a significant historical and educational value. This music collection serves as an example of score study, parts preparation, and artistic vision for future generations of conductors, orchestra musicians, and musicologist.

This collection, which is currently located in Philadelphia, includes over 900 scores, almost 500 sets of orchestra parts, as well as manuscripts, books and facsimiles of autographs, audio and video recordings, and memorabilia. Although the scores and parts will eventually be digitized, please contact Virginia Allen to make an appointment to view these materials in person.
